1. Registration

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of this website. Access to registration areas is via your email address and password.

We allow you access to the registration areas of the site on the basis that:

(i) your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access this website.

(ii) you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of this website.

(iii) you do not maliciously create additional registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the site, or other users; nor do you seek to pass yourself off as another user

(iv) you comply with these terms and conditions.

If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with these requirements, we may, at our discretion, cancel your access to the registration areas of this website immediately and without giving you any advance notice.

2. Termination of registration

If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on this website immediately.

3. Online shopping

We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's  display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Visitors under the age of 16 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.

4. Acceptance of your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and the company will take place when payment has been recievd and your order is dispatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Except for goods that are made to your specifications.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being out of stock - you will be notified if this is the case.  
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

5. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order please contact  Customer Services by:

• calling tel:number  between 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday
• returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order

If your order has already been dispatched please return the order unopened. Please note that your right to return goods does not apply to certain products. Further details are set out in our Returns Policy.

Where your order is returned to us within 7 working days of your delivery, or you notify us in writing or by email of your wish to cancel your order within this period, the cost of your order and your original postage and packing charge will be reimbursed in full.

6. Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. We feature products on our website that have been carefully selected for Online Shopping. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces.

7. Returns Policy

Damaged goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in their original condition within 7 days with proof of purchase. Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

8. Liability and Indemnity

We do not exclude or limit our liability or the liability of any other person for death or personal injury resulting from our or their negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of the website. We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

The website is controlled and operated in the UK. These Terms and Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on the website.
